The Lake Country Rotary Club has sponsored High School Interact teams for over a decade. At its peak, the Lake Country Rotary sponsored three Interact teams. Currently, Lake Country Rotary sponsors the Kettle Moraine Interact and Arrowhead Warhawk Interact involves high school students in community service projects on a local, regional and international basis.  Interact is structured on the Rotary model of Avenues of Service.

Projects of the Kettle Moraine and Arrowhead Warhawk Interacts include:

*Tutoring younger students

*Volunteering to support the upkeep of our sponsored road in the Waukesha “Adopt a Highway” program

*Volunteering at Lake Country Caring

*Providing intergenerational support at Hartland Terrace and Three Pillars assisted living centers.

*Supporting St Ben’s meal site in Milwaukee

*Supporting The Women’s Center in Waukesha.

*Partnering with Lake Country Rotary to provide water filters in Haiti. 

*Sponsoring the support of children in Haiti.

Combined, the Kettle Moraine and Arrowhead Warhawk Interact teams have a membership approaching 300 students. With the guidance of the school advisors, they continue to have an ongoing positive impact in the community as an extension of the Lake Country Rotary Club.
